Sleep trial and returns

Before orders open, the terms must state the trial start date, length, eligibility, request deadline, collection arrangements, customer costs and refund process. No trial duration or free-pickup promise is activated by this page.

Warranty

Product-specific documentation must identify the warrantor, covered defects, coverage period, exclusions, evidence requirements and any transport or other customer costs.

Accessories and bases

Check every item separately. Pillows, protectors, toppers and adjustable bases must not inherit mattress terms unless the written offer expressly says so.

Contact Somnero with the product, order number when relevant and a description of the question. Do not include payment-card information.
