Accessories

Pillows, toppers, protectors and bedding can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened and in their original packaging. Send us your order number through our contact page and we will reply with return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

Mattresses

Each mattress follows its manufacturer's return policy and warranty, which are shown on the product page. Please review them before you order.

Defective or damaged items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We replace defective items free of charge.

Return shipping

For unopened accessories returned for reasons other than a defect, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Many products ship directly from the brand's own US warehouse, so items in one order can arrive separately. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and at checkout.
